Drew McGinn
Certified by the American Council on Exercise through West Virginia University, Drew has eight years of experience as a personal trainer. In this time he has helped many people reach their goals whether they are weight loss, athletic performance, or overall health and fitness. Each person is treated individually based on personal goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and many other factors. This allows each client to attain his or her own personal "fitness at its peak."

Phil Pirollo
For the past seven years Phil has dedicated his life to becoming a better fitness professional, receiving his Associates Degree in Exercise Science, including three national certifications from Gloucester County College and a Bachelors Degree from Rowan University in Health Promotion and Fitness Management. Staying local while working in the fitness industry and attending college has helped him maintain a great sense of achievement; creating a healthier community. Along with the other trainers at Pinnacle Health & Performance, Phil has separated himself from competition by continuing his education in exercise prescription and nutrition counseling.

Jim Casalunova
Jim is a nationally certified personal fitness trainer through AAAI/ISMA, focusing on training middle age and older adult clients. He has gained several years of experience by maintaining his personal fitness throughout his career in the military which he continues today. He will use this experience along with a lifelong passion for health and wellness to develop individualized fitness programs for each client based on his or her goals, interests, fitness level, and medical history. His dedication to the fitness industry is showcased by his continuing education and training in health & nutrition.

Nicole Zuino
Nicole Zuino started her career in education. She wanted to follow her passion for fitness and exercise, so she got certified through AAAI/IAMA. She currently has her personal training, kickboxing, and stride certifications. She is actively pursuing her group fitness training. She hopes to inspire others to get fit by motivating them to be the best they can be and to keep moving.
Chad Hallett ISSA- cpt, ssc, ft, USAW-spc
Chad, a well recognized Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area, has been active in the fitness industry for 7+ years.
As an avid trainer, Chad knows the importance of taking care of the body and has a desire to be a great influence on others. His dedication and respect for fitness not only helps him continue to improve with his own training, but motivates and inspires his clients to attain their personal goals. Chad has worked with athletes from grade school to the professional level. He also works with clients for general fitness in various levels as well as special populations.
Chad has obtained certifications from USA Weightlifting as a Sports Performance Coach and International Sports Sciences Association as a Specialist in Sports Conditioning, Fitness Therapy, and Personal Training. In addition to the certifications, he has earned the Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor title from RKC Master Mike Mahler and level 1 Coach under John Brookfield’s Battle Rope training System. Chad is also a Licensed Certified Massage Therapist.
Gwen Recinto
Gwen Recinto has been teaching group exercise classes for more than 10 years throughout South Jersey and Philadelphia. She has a background in martial arts and dance and is certified under the National Association of Professional Martial Artists. Gwen's specialty is kickboxing and boot camp, and her classes always include a challenging mix of plyometrics. Gwen is also a writer and blogger. Follow her on twitter and visit AllThingsGwen.com. Gabriel Arnold
Gabe is a college student currently enrolled at Rowan University and majoring in Health Promotion and Fitness Management, Gabe has built a reputation for thinking - and jumping - outside the box. An early adopter of the physical discipline of Parkour, he has spent the last four years practicing, researching, and writing about the art. He has trained with some of the biggest names in the community and traveled across the country in the pursuit of movement, from New York to Washington D.C. to Hawaii. He will help anyone and everyone to realize their potential and discover the incredible journey that is Parkour.
Caitlin Redman
Caitlin has been a Zumba Fitness and instructor since 2008 and continues to make every class feel like a PARTY! She recently received a license to teach ZumbAtomic to kids! She has loved dancing her whole life and taught hip hop at different studios in the area. Caitlin took her first Zumba Fitness class at her gym and after the first class she fell in love and decided to take her passion to the next level and become a licensed instructor. Caitlin is known for her upbeat personality and positive attitude. She is a very motivated student at Stockton College and plans to pursue a career in marketing and one day own her own fitness studio. When Caitlin is not teaching a Zumba Fitness class, she can be found on the dance floor at Bar/Bat Mitzvahs throughout the tri-state area as a motivational dancer for EBE Entertainment in Philadelphia!
Chris Lach
Chris is a certified MACP (Modern Army Combatives Program) instructor certified through both Ft. Benning, Georgia and Ft. Dix, New Jersey. Currently enlisted as an infantrymen in the U.S. Army and plays as a midfielder for Rowan University‘s Men’s lacrosse club, Chris maintains a good personal fitness level for both work and play. Chris’ training focuses on combat situations that run similarly to traditional MMA programs, only using a little more power and violence of action to take it from competition to combat. Dan Burns
Dan has been in the fitness industry for the past 7 years. He is a certified personal trainer & sports nutritionist, (both through AAAI/ISMA), and a Level I Certified Kettlebell Instructor (through Kettlebell Concepts). Dan incorporates many traditional and nontraditional methods into his curriculum to keep his training both fun and refreshing for his clients. Specialties include suspension training, strength training, plyometrics, boxing, cardio kickboxing, boot camps, parachute drills, and sport-specific training.
Robert Dell'Aquila
Robert Dell'Aquila graduated from Quinnipiac University with his bachelors in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine, he is a certified athletic trainer under the NATA and has been conditioning and rehabilitating athletes for several years. Involved with learning fighting styles throughout his life, Rob has dedicated the past 3 years immersing himself in Israeli Krav Maga training under IKMA US Chief Instructor David Kahn. Rob has traveled to Netanya, Israel to train under Grand Master Haim Gidon, and is a certified instructor under the IKMA's Gidon System. As an "ambassador" of the Gidon System here in America, Rob dedicates himself to teaching the techniques and principles of Israeli Krav Maga in their most modern and up to date evolutions. Our classes are formated and run exactly as they are currently being taught in Israel, with emphasis on intensity, instinctual learning and real-world application. Along with the techniques you will learn, our training will develop a metal confidence and physical toughness within each of you to give you an important advantage should you be faced with a violent confrontation.
